Korean Steamed Egg

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp chicken powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 spoon sesame oil
  • Water
  • Leek

Instruction

  1. Whisk the 4 eggs
  2. Add 1 tsp each of chicken powder, salt, and pepper, along with 1 spoon of sesame oil
  3. Mix the whisked eggs with 1.5 to 2 times the amount of water as the eggs
  4. Add chopped leeks
  5. Microwave it for 8 minutes
