Grandma's Delicious Colorful Porridge (奶奶美味多彩粥)

Ingredients
- Rice
- Greens, e.g. bok choy
- Sweet potato
- Pork, or any meat you want
- Mushroom
- Carrot
- Corns
Instruction
- Heat oil in a pan, add meat and stri-fry, add salt and soy sauce
- Wash the rice and let it soak in water for 30 minutes, then put it into the pot
- Add about 6–8 times the amount of water to the pot. After the water boils
- Add sweet potatoes and corn
- Add the stir-fried meat, mushroom, and carrots (or anything else you want) to the pot
- Keep boiling and stirring for around 45 minutes until done

Sometimes my grandma cooked this porridge, and I really love it! However, I only ate it but haven;t made it... So here is what I imaged how to cook it. Not sure how exactly it will turn out if following the instruction, we'll see...
