Mango Pomelo Sago (楊枝甘露)

Ingredients
- 2 Mangos
- 50~70g Sago
- 200mL Milk or Coconut Milk
- 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 Grapefruit
Instruction
- Slice the Mangos into cubes; save half of the sliced mango to put in two cups
- Take one and a half Mangos and blend them in milk
- Cook the sago and place it in the cups
- Pour a bit milk (coconutmilk) into the cups
- Add the grapefruit in the cups
- Put in the milk mixture
- Add ice cream and enjoy
Notes
Coconut milk is **Recommended**.
