Mango Pomelo Sago (楊枝甘露)

Ingredients

  • 2 Mangos
  • 50~70g Sago
  • 200mL Milk or Coconut Milk
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 Grapefruit

Instruction

  1. Slice the Mangos into cubes; save half of the sliced mango to put in two cups
  2. Take one and a half Mangos and blend them in milk
  3. Cook the sago and place it in the cups
  4. Pour a bit milk (coconutmilk) into the cups
  5. Add the grapefruit in the cups
  6. Put in the milk mixture
  7. Add ice cream and enjoy

Notes

Coconut milk is **Recommended**.
