Moroccan Chicken Wedding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2–4 onions
  • One Whole chicken
  • Spices
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Paprika
    • Saffron
    • Turmeric (a lot)
  • Butter (for chicken)
  • Olives
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 Garlic heads
  • White noodles
  • Chicken liver

Instruction

  1. Add all the spices with some water and rub the mixture on the chicken
  2. Cook the chicken liver in a pan and add boiled Chinese white noodles
  3. Caramelize the onion with butter (and sugar). Add spice and olives to the caramelized onion
  4. Put the chicken liver and noodle mix inside the chicken and bake it in the oven at **160°C for approximately 1 hour**
  5. Place the chicken on top of the caramelized onion and eat it with bread
