Moroccan Chicken Wedding Recipe

Ingredients
- 2–4 onions
- One Whole chicken
- Spices
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Saffron
- Turmeric (a lot)
- Butter (for chicken)
- Olives
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 Garlic heads
- White noodles
- Chicken liver
Instruction
- Add all the spices with some water and rub the mixture on the chicken
- Cook the chicken liver in a pan and add boiled Chinese white noodles
- Caramelize the onion with butter (and sugar). Add spice and olives to the caramelized onion
- Put the chicken liver and noodle mix inside the chicken and bake it in the oven at **160°C for approximately 1 hour**
- Place the chicken on top of the caramelized onion and eat it with bread
