Braised Pork with Potatoes and Beans

Ingredients

  • 200g pork
  • 300g green beans
  • 2 potatoes
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Thirteen-spices
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt

Instruction

  1. Wash and cut the potatoes and beans, cut them into pieces
  2. Cut the pork into small pieces and fry them until the color changes
  3. Add the potatoes and green beans and stir evenly
  4. Add enough water to submerge the ingredients
  5. Then add salt, soy sauce, and thirteen-spices
  6. Wait until the potatoes are cooked through

  • This is a traditional cuisine of Northeastern China.
