Bug Cereal, 2023

Try Bug Cereal© Today! This imaginary advertisement is depicted as a pasted poster on a green NYC scaffold wall. Though bugs may not make the best cereal, they work wonderfully in many other foods, and they’re a much more sustainable animal product to produce than beef or pork. Farming insects requires less water, food, and land.
You may not like bugs, but if you care about the environment, it’s important to place yourself within an ecosystem that includes species of all types. Bugs, mold, bacteria–they may have a bad reputation, but they’re just as important as other organisms to sustain life on Earth. And once you get to know them, they’re actually really cool. (And very delicious… sorry to my beloved bugs.)
