Section 3: 2040 Now Showcase

The NYU Office of Sustainability's 2040 Now program invited the NYU community to explore themes of ecological sustainability, environmental justice, and the power of engaged hope through an array of activities across all of the University's campuses. NYU Libraries served as the installation site for the 2040 Now Student Artist and the screening site for 16 student films. These artworks were launched as part of Crafting Sustainable Futures: Collaborative Visions on April 17, 2024.

Crafting Sustainable Futures: Collaborative Visions opened on March 21, 2023, and was on view with *This Is Not A Drill* 2022 selected artworks and NYU 2040 Now Showcase selections through June 30, 2023.
