Zachary Corolla

He, his, him, himself

Born and raised in New Haven, Connecticut, Zachary Corolla moved to Brooklyn to work at his first Michelin-starred restaurant Marea. He previously received his degree in Spanish with a minor in Linguistics from the University of Connecticut Storrs Campus in 2018. Thereon he completed one his life goals of attending culinary school and went to the Institute of Culinary Education for baking and pastry. After a tumultuous few years in NYC kitchens, Zahcary applied for the NYU and LIU dual degree program where is studying food studies and library and information sciences.
