This is a Title for our Spring 2026 Texts

Section 1 Title

In this section I’m introducing my historical argument and/or research question(s). I have some images with captions.

Poly Archives Centennial seal, 1954, Box #, Folder #, Collection #, Poly Archives, Dibner Library, Brooklyn, NY.

I’m writing a bit here about Brooklyn Poly.  I’ll continue to write about this seal and all these engineering icons and what everything means. I’ll use some secondary sources with in text citations to talk about engineering education at this time.

I don’t have everything written here yet, but it will include:

  • This point
  • This idea
  • This citation
  • Another idea

Section 4 Title

I’ll conclude here and I think I will relate it back to my historical argument in this way, but I’m still thinking it through and it may change as I continue to analyse my sources, so I’m going to write more here later.

Questions for Reviewers

This is a temporary section I will delete after my review.  I have a few questions for reviewers:

  1. Do I have enough visuals in my site? I could maybe use more newspaper clippings but I wasn’t sure if those would be interesting to look at or not.
  2. I’m thinking about including a 5th section on X, but maybe that could be wrapped into Section 3?  Thoughts?

Bibliography

Primary Sources

Full citations for all of my primary sources  both those from the Poly Archives and those from elsewhere.

Secondary Sources

Full citations for all of my secondary sources. I can cite in MLA, APA, or Chicago.  I need at least 7 of these.
