These institutions, perhaps unintentionally, throughout time and history have become beacons of change. Of triumph and failure. Places that challenge and push against what the higher powers may say or instruct, whether those higher powers be the government or a parent’s association, information finds a way to unveil itself and reach the minds of those who need it most.
