About Bridging Fields:

Bridging Fields: An Interdisciplinary Graduate Journal of Library and Information Sciences publishes projects, resource guides, and writing from graduate students and new professionals working between Library and Information Studies and subject specialties across the humanities, social sciences, and beyond.

The journal is published by New York University’s Division of Libraries under the facilitation of the New York University and Long Island University Dual Degree Program coordinators, as well as student editors receiving their MA/MSLIS from NYU and LIU.

In addition to featuring writing from Dual Degree Program students in their first year of studying between New York University and Long Island University, the journal also features submissions in the form of writing and research projects from interdisciplinary library and information science students and new professionals.
