vita (they/them) is a dress historian, archivist, and memory worker. They work at The Studio Museum in Harlem where they manage the archives department supporting research, processing, and records management. vita was born and raised in NYC and holds their MS in Library and Information Science from Long Island University (LIU) and their BA in Art and Aesthetics from Bard College Berlin (BCB).
