I am currently the Online Instruction Librarian at NYU. My research interests include responsible technology use, digital access and accessibility, inclusive media and information literacy, critical learning and instruction. Additionally, I am interested in the research process as a whole and how facets of it impact someone’s motivations to seek, explore, and research for work and for fun.

My passion/interests for libraries are grounded in finding and cultivating one’s authentic representation of the self, embracing slowness in action and thought, constructing play in the process of work so as to combat capitalistic expectations, and building one’s ownership of learning and information as a citizen of the world, online and offline.

Deriving all types of joy, big or small, in all that I do and sharing that with the people around me is my call to action
